No. 5 Eastman Plate Camera, Series D (1902 - 1903) 

This is the largest model of the Eastman Plate Cameras, taking photos of 5 x 7 inch. It is also the rarest model, only 500 being made.

In the video you see the camera with double extension of the bellows, which was needed when only one of the lens elements was used for tele photography or wide angle photography.

The camera was made from May 1902 until 1903 and cost US $ 97. This was quite a bit, considering that for example a public school teacher earned $ 328 a year in 1900.
